Non-Refundable Fees: All fees, once paid, are generally non-refundable under any circumstances.
Exceptions: Refunds may be considered only in specific cases of accidental double payments or incorrect credits. Such refunds will be processed upon request, subject to verification and deduction of applicable bank charges.
Payment Recovery: If a cheque is not honoured by the issuing bank for any reason, the Uttarakhand Pittu Association reserves the right to initiate necessary legal or administrative action to recover the due amount.
